1. About this website
This website is operated by Garden Bags NT (Al's Garden Bags), a garden and green waste collection service based in Darwin, Northern Territory (ABN 20924546119). By using this website you agree to these terms of use.
2. The service
Garden Bags NT supplies garden bags and frames free of charge to customers within our service area (Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding serviced suburbs). Customers pay $25 per garden bag empty, or as otherwise agreed at the time of booking. The garden bag and frame remain the property of Garden Bags NT and must be made available for collection on the agreed schedule.
Only garden and green waste is accepted in garden bags: palm fronds, leaves, grass clippings, hedge trimmings, weeds, long grass and small branches. General household rubbish is not accepted.
3. Pricing and payment
Current pricing is $25 per garden bag empty (2 bags: $50 per empty). An invoice is emailed on pickup. Payment can be made by credit card online or by direct debit using the details on your invoice. Prices are subject to change, and current pricing can be confirmed by calling 0407 763 348.
4. Bookings and scheduling
Bookings are confirmed by phone or email. Regular collection schedules are bi-weekly or four-weekly where available. Off-schedule pickups can be arranged by calling 0407 763 348. We try to deliver bags next time we are in the suburb or a neighbouring suburb; urgent deliveries can be arranged.
